Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Counselor (Female Candidate only) to join Chandigarh University (Unnao Campus). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing detailed information about various programs offered, guiding prospective students through the admission process, and helping them make informed decisions regarding their educational future.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming queries.Provide accurate and complete information about courses, admission procedures, scholarships, and other university services.Maintain records of telephonic interactions, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM or ERP systems.Convert leads into admissions by providing timely and relevant counseling.Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with students and parents.Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.Coordinate with internal departments (admissions, marketing, academic) for seamless student onboarding.Participate in training sessions and stay updated about the university’s latest courses and offerings.Qualifications:Education: Graduate in any stream; preference will be given to candidates with a background in Education, Management, or Communication.Experience: 1–3 years in Educational industry as counselor, academic counseling, customer service, or a similar role.Skills Required:Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi/Punjabi.Good listening and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
