You are Bold, Young and Confident.Come, join the pack!Position Overview: As a Quality Executive you will be working with 3rd party manufacturers for packaging material quality checks, to ensuring that the company's packaging meets and exceeds quality standards. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain and improve packaging quality throughout the process.Responsibilities:1. To check and ensure quality of New packaging developed by pack R&D.2. Approval of design file.3. Maintain record for packaging material developed for New launches.4. Impart training to 3P pack chemist on testing of pack material.5. Maintain documents for change control and deviation.6. Ext audit of key primary packaging material suppliers.7. Maintain due records for line trial and transit trial.8. FG audit at warehouse for packaging quality checks.9. Maintain Packaging BOM record for each product.10. To check and ensure development of shipper and outer sleeve for NPD's11. Maintain all testing records of 3P'S report for NPD's.12. To make specifications for Packaging material.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, industrial engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline).2-3 years experience in packaging quality management in personal care/ FMCG industry.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards Familiarity with QMS, cGMP and GLP practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliersSocial Media handles:Website - - - us:Careers – career@
