We need a sharp problem‑solver who can translate repetitive, manual processes into slick, AI‑powered automations—without waiting on engineers.Key outcomes you’ll own (first 6 months)OutcomeTargetMap & document10+ high‑friction workflows across marketing, sales & deliveryMonth 1 Ship live automations ( / n8n / Zapier) that save ≥ 120 staff‑hours/monthMonth 2–3 Integrate at least 3 Gen‑AI features (LLM prompts, embeddings, chatbots, etc.) into client or internal opsMonth 4 Build a metrics dashboard tracking uptime, errors & ROI of every automationMonth 5 Train 5 internal users to self‑iterate on simple scenariosMonth 6 Day‑to‑day responsibilitiesWorkflow discovery – interview stakeholders, spot bottlenecks, sketch SOPs.No‑code build – design, test & deploy scenarios in , n8n, Zapier, Airtable, etc.AI glue work – wire up GPT‑4/ Anthropic/ Vertex for text, image or classification tasks.API wrangling – call REST/GraphQL endpoints when native connectors fall short.Maintenance – create error‑handling, logging & rollback plans; document everything.Rapid R&D – test new AI tools weekly, demo useful ones, kill the hype quickly.Must‑have skills & mindsetCommon‑sense problem solver – you ask “Why?” before “How?”. or n8n hands‑on – you’ve shipped at least a personal or freelance project.Basic scripting (JavaScript / Python) – enough to handle Webhooks, regex & data transforms.API literacy – can read Swagger docs and get a working call up in Postman.Bias for action – prototype in hours, not weeks; break down nebulous asks into tests.Learning animal – new tools excite you; you document what you discover.Nice‑to‑havesFamiliarity with CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) and ad platforms (Meta, Google).UI chops in Retool, Glide or Bubble.Prior agency or startup exposure—comfortable with messy data & shifting priorities.What success looks likeColleagues say: “That tedious task?
