Experience building call center / collaboration / telephony platforms in a Cloud or On-Premises environment2. Hands on Experience building Bots using Google DF Platform and integrate with Genesys PureCloud or any IVR system3. Experience using Google DF and REST API for building the Bots4. Working Experience in Google dialog workflows for interaction and routing5. Development experience in Java, node.js would be must for Integration6. Experience in integrating to Core platforms for Self-services in IVR, Bot etc., by developing REST API's using Node JS7. Knowledge in Contact center technologies (including CRM and WFM) would be an added advantage8. Experience in DevOps deployment pipes in MS Azure or AWS, would be must for this role9. Experience in Agile frameworks, story boards, projects would be an added advantage10. Knowledge on various components of Google CCAI.11. Minimum exp 3-7 years,
