This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is bold, persuasive, and eager to start a career in sales and vendor management. If you enjoy talking to people, have a practical approach to problem-solving, and can think on your feet, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:Pitch products and services to potential clients with a confident and convincing approach.Conduct market research to identify new leads and client opportunities.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support. Purchase Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for the procurement of goods and services.Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to ensure cost-effective purchases.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery.Keep accurate records of purchases, vendor details, pricing, and order history.Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.Requirements:Any graduation (Bachelor’s degree in any stream).Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.Strong interpersonal skills with a bold and persuasive personality.Confident, outgoing personality with a professional attitude.Basic understanding of the sales and purchase lifecycle (training will be provided).Quick thinker with a practical approach to handling customer/vendor interactions.Proficiency in MS Office.Knowledge of Tally is a strong added advantagePreferred Candidate Profile:Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-facing environment.Fresh graduates who are ambitious, street-smart, and goal-driven.Benefits:On-the-job training and opportunities for professional growth.Exposure to client interactions and vendor management.A supportive and collaborative team environment.
