A score of 9 or above reflects exceptional service and delivery.How does it work?Collaborate with clients to define 5 Key Result Areas (KRAs) at the start of the project.Conduct monthly reviews with clients to rate the team’s performance based on these KRAs.Address scores below 9 by taking proactive actions to close performance gaps and improve results.Why is it important?
