We Provide On-demand creative staffingsolutions for Creative Operations Teams at leading global brands in eCommerce - Flipkart/ Cult.fit / Myntra / Lenskart/ Spinny / Cleartrip etc. as their creative delivery and staffingpartner. We develop top-of-the-line creative content (design and copy) for them, both on-site & offsite.Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong fashion editorial focus to design visually compelling assets for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of typography and layout, and a passion for creating engaging visual fashion stories. You will collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality editorial designs that enhance our brand's image and drive customer engagement.Responsibilities:●       Editorial Design & Layout: o   Design visually appealing layouts for editorial content, including articles, blog posts, lookbooks, style guides, and promotional features.o   Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, including website banners, email campaigns, social media posts, and app notifications.o   Ensure consistency in design across all editorial materials, maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity.o   Develop and maintain a library of design templates and assets for editorial use.●  Visual Storytelling: o   Translate written content into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience.o   Select and manipulate images, illustrations, and typography to enhance the storytelling aspect of editorial content.o   Create visually cohesive and engaging experiences that guide users through editorial content.●   Collaboration & Communication: o   Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.o   Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, prioritizing tasks and delivering high-quality work on time.●   Brand Development & Maintenance: o   Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all editorial platforms.o   Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, including typography, colour palettes, and imagery.o   Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.●   Asset Management: o   Organize and maintain a digital asset library, ensuring easy access to design files and resources.o   Prepare design files for web and print production, ensuring optimal quality and performance.o   Optimize images for web usage.Qualifications:●   Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.●   Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on editorial design in an fashion/luxury print or e-commerce or related industry like Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon Fashion, Tata Cliq, etc.●   Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in layout design, typography, and visual storytelling.●   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Figma, AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Dall-E, etc.●   Skilled designing/animating for paid media (Social + Motion Graphic Ads).●   Knowledge of web design principles and best practices. ●   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.●    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.●    Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. ●    Familiarity with digital asset management.●    Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.LocationBangaloreWork from Office
