We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities include assisting majorly with automation of HR, payroll, and compliance processes, recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, a keen interest in human resources, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This internship offers valuable exposure to HR practices and provides opportunities to learn and grow within the field. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Contribute to the automation of HR, payroll, and compliance processes to enhance operational efficiency.● Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and resume screening.● Support onboarding activities for new hires.● Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.● Help organize and coordinate HR events and training sessions.● Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.● Provide support in handling employee queries and concerns.● Aid in managing and tracking employee attendance and leave records.● Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.● Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.● Assist in driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
