SOLIZE India Technologies Private LimitedJOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) - Simulation Software SalesJob Location: Delhi / BangaloreEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentSummary & Experience required:· Mechanical Graduate with 3+ Years of Simulation Sales.· The Candidate has to ensure extensive field coverage in the assigned territory and reach to the sales / revenue target of Simulation products· Understand and articulate the company's value proposition in the Simulation business.· Meeting KRA of Daily and Weekly on field activities.· Meeting Demo, Technical Discussion, Proposal Targets.· The target customers will primarily be in the field of Aero/Defense, Manufacturing, ESP and Auto Etc.· Achieve Target & Revenue goals.· Ensure new customer conversion Month on month & Quarter on quarter.Educational Qualification: · Engineering degree in any domain; Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace preferred· Diploma Holder (Mechanical/ Automotive)Functional Skills: 1) Identify potential prospects and nurture the same for lead generation to achieve defined revenue targets for the region2) Collaborating with other members of regional sales team and technical support team to achieve defined revenue targets for the region3) Should be open to travel as required and have a hands-on approach to effectively manage the territoryPersonality traits: 1) Excellent Communication skills (Oral and written)2) Strong business ethics3) Keen to build strong business relationships4) Self-disciplined5) Resourceful and focused on achieving outcomes objectively
