Based in our Bengaluru headquarters, this role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design strategies that reflect and elevate each brand’s identity across all customer touchpoints.This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines artistic vision with practical execution—ideal for a senior designer who thrives on collaboration, creative challenges, and shaping brand aesthetics.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign compelling visuals and illustrations aligned with each brand’s identity and positioningDevelop and maintain cohesive brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelinesCreate assets for a wide range of mediums, including digital marketing, print collateral, in-restaurant materials, and packagingWork cross-functionally with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to ensure consistent and impactful visual communicationPresent design concepts clearly and effectively, incorporating feedback with professionalism and clarityStay informed on industry trends and design innovations to keep the brand visually fresh and competitiveQualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the food & beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle sectorsStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, illustration, graphic design, and typographyAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of motion design or digital animation is an assetExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative mindsetWillingness and ability to work full-time on-site in BengaluruPreferred ExperiencePrior experience working with restaurant or hospitality brandsUnderstanding of packaging, menu, and environmental designPassion for food, design, and visual storytelling
