We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project.ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and design solutions for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print materials, and more.Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling visual narratives that effectively convey our clients' messages and captivate target audiences.Brand Consistency: Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines and messaging across all design projects.Multi-Platform Expertise: Design graphics for a range of platforms, including digital, social media, print, and web.Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, UX/UI designers, and marketing strategists, to create integrated campaigns.Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their design needs, provide creative insights, and present design concepts effectively.Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of design work, with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.Qualifications and skillsMinimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience in a branding, creative, digital, or marketing agency.Experience designing for healthcare and/or technology companies is a plus.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional design.Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clientsJoin us in shaping the future of branding and design.
