If you’re in the early stages of your B2B career and are not afraid of targets, ambiguity, or stretching beyond your JD, this role is for you.You’ll work closely with entrepreneurs, restaurant owners, and decision-makers - understanding their challenges and enabling them with Sapaad’s platform. This is not a “read-the-script” role. We expect reps who show curiosity, accountability, and a business-first mindset.WHAT YOU'LL DODrive pipeline through both outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, social, WhatsApp) and inbound follow-ups.Book qualified meetings and demos for our AEs and/or activate trials based on prospect needs.Understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and tailor your messaging accordingly.Convert inbound sign-ups and enquiries into meaningful product conversations.Maintain a tight CRM hygiene—track interactions, stage progressions, and follow-ups.Hit assigned targets (meetings booked, qualified leads passed, etc.)—but also:Contribute to internal tribal knowledge.Participate in coaching initiatives.Think beyond short-term quota to help build a long-term sales engine.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.Clear and articulate communication (both verbal and written).You exhibit professionalism—you show up on time, follow up diligently, and don’t need micromanaging.You have a “figure-it-out” mindset - you seek clarity, not excuses.
