This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, ensuring smooth coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional workspaces and a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Planning and Execution• Develop and implement comprehensive project operation plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives, design intent, and organizational goals.• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of all project elements.• Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.Stakeholder Coordination• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment across all project phases.• Facilitate regular progress meetings with stakeholders to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression.• Proactively resolve operational issues and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust. Quality Assurance and Compliance• Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to Zyeta's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.• Implement quality control measures to identify and address potential deviations from project plans or quality benchmarks.Budget and Cost Management• Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and timely procurement of resources.• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.Reporting and Documentation• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.• Ensure proper documentation of project milestones, changes, and deliverables for future reference and learning.Team Leadership• Lead and mentor the project operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet project objectives effectively.Qualifications and Skills Educational Background• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a relatedfield.• Advanced certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent are preferred.Experience• Minimum 9–13 years of experience in project operations or management within the design- build or construction industry.• Proven track record of delivering large-scale interior fit-out or workplace projects on time and within budget.Technical Proficiency• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Zoho, Primavera) and design tools like AutoCAD or Revit.• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements in workplace interiors.
