Role: PEGA–CLM/KYC (Framework experience is mandatory) Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Gurgaon and Bhubaneswar Work Type: Hybrid Model Experience 4-12 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product EngineerPega Lead Product Engineer playing up to Architect/ CSSA Certification is highly desirableUnderstanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniquesExperience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sectorSystem design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC – Rule-Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing featuresTechnical Skills Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X Experience is mandatoryThe candidates will act as a CLM/KYC SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspectiveGood understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications and Business FunctionsShould have knowledge on API and JSON to support integrationSoftware development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is a plus.Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organizationHave excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive managementKey Requirements G Responsibilities:Pega CSSA certification is a must.4+ years of relevant Pega experienceDrives design and development for major components of focused solutions.Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices.Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development process.Proficient in a variety of business processes/environments such as bankingUnderstands large-scale system implementation processes and methods.Create the class structure, process flows in Pega, provide alternate solutions.Resolves performance issues.Code reviews, design reviews, maintain technical debt.Connect with Pega systems on any product related issues.Knowledge and experience on Pega UIUXExperience in pega infrastructure setup.Knowledge of Security and AuthenticationKnowledge in Integration REST and other Services, Connectors,Knowledge in Application Layering, Case Management, Data Modelling C Data Pages.Banking and KYC knowledge will be good to have.Collaborate between teams both onsite and offshore.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Participate in architecture and design reviews.Ensure adherence to best practices for Pega development and maintenance
