Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Growth Marketing Manager/ Associate Growth Marketing Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end process of promotion of drama campaigns via digital platforms. This role blends creative judgment, project management, and performance-driven insights to bring movie promos to life and deliver measurable impact.ResponsibilitiesCreative Oversight: Review promos created by scriptwriters and editors at every stage (script, visual/audio edit, and post effects) with a sharp creative lens. Provide feedback and direction to enhance impact and alignment with audience expectations.Process Management: Own the operational flow of promo development — from ideation to final cut. Coordinate with writers, editors, visual/audio teams, and ad buyers to ensure timely and high-quality output.Campaign Testing: Supervise A/B testing of promos on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (YouTube/Display). Interpret results, identify top-performing creatives, and guide optimisation.Promo Governance: Lead the final approval/rejection process for all promos, balancing brand integrity with performance potential.Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse promo performance metrics, user engagement, and ROI across campaigns. Translate insights into actionable feedback for creative and operational improvements.QualificationsA keen creative eye with the ability to give precise, impactful feedback on scripts, visuals, music, and overall storytelling.Strong program management skills — ability to keep multiple workstreams moving on time with precision.Data fluency — familiarity with ad metrics, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4). Fluency in Excel.Experience managing or working within digital content or marketing teams, ideally in entertainment, media, or a high-volume creative environment.Bonus: Experience with A/B testing and performance creative iteration.Experience with AI tools for creative process.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of strong experience in digital marketing, content production, or media campaign management.Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google), creative tools, analytical tools, and project management systems
