We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Store Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team as we introduce an exciting new brand to the India market.In this pivotal role, you will create inspiring and commercially-driven visual displays that enhance customer experience and drive sales. As the brand’s first visual merchandising expert in India, your expertise will shape the brand’s presence in the India market, ensuring that every store reflects our identity while maximizing performanceKey ResponsibilitiesCurate and implement compelling visual displays, including windows and mannequins, to elevate the customer experience.Analyze sales data to inform and refine visual merchandising strategies.Lead and develop a team of visual merchandisers to maintain high standards across stores.Style mannequins and create cohesive, on-brand outfit displays.Oversee stock merchandising according to company directives.Identify and nurture future talents within the team.Maintain and train on visual merchandising standards across all locations.Requirements:Understanding of the latest trends and merchandising techniques.Experience with window displays, mannequin styling, and operational routinesAbility to use sales data to inform merchandising strategies.Experience leading teams or managing visual projects.Passion for fashion, visual merchandising, and customer service.Driven to enhance the in-store experience through innovative design.Adaptable, creative, and results-driven.Proven success in creating commercially successful, visually impactful displays in a retail or fashion brand environment.Experience managing in-store VM activations and collaborating with teams to meet business goals.If you're ready to shape a new brand's visual identity in India, we’d love to hear from you!
