Job Description:1.Candidate should have overall 3 + infra experience with knowledge on Power BI and SQL along with basic knowledge on MS Fabric Basics. Knowledge on SSAS and SSIS will be an added advantage.2.Should have good knowledge on Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, gateways, Power BI administration, etc.3.Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end users.4.Strong ability to understand complex issues in an often-ambiguous environment.5.Experience in Technical support projects and handling customers.6.Should have worked in customer support projects in the past.7.Performing Root Cause analysis and resolving customer reported issues within the defined SLA.8.Strong email writing skills. Should be able to write detailed emails with excellent presentation.9.Ability to act as a bridge between the end user and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.10.Should have strong ability to handle escalations, involve the right parties and deescalate the situations.11.Passion for technology and customer support.12.Enthusiasm to upgrade technology from time to time.Prerequisites:-Ready to relocate to Hyderabad and work from office 4 days a week.-Ready to work in the night shifts (Pacific Standard time) post moving to production/after completing the project specific training at least for 18 months. Shift timings: 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM IST.-Should be flexible to work on weekends as well as and when needed.-Ready to work as a “Technical Support Engineer” providing support and services to global Microsoft Power BI Customers.
