Job Title: Founder Manager Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Founder Manager to work closely with the Founder/CEO in driving the company’s marketing vision and execution. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of managing multiple functions including strategy, execution, team coordination, and content creation.Support the CEO/reporting manager in planning and executing marketing strategies and materials.Monitor assigned tasks, ensure timely completion, and maintain 75%+ KPI performance.Manage agencies, influencers, and teams to execute end-to-end campaigns effectively.Create and manage content across channels (social, web, print) aligning with brand guidelines.Publish and optimize content per the social media calendar and marketing data insights.Write briefs, scripts, and appear on camera when needed.Oversee all digital platforms with strong SEO, SMO, SMM, and SEM practices.Analyze consumer behavior and competitors to guide marketing improvements.Coordinate with design and visual teams for branding and campaign execution.Model for social/media campaigns as needed.Handle any additional marketing tasks assigned by leadership.
