Role & responsibilities- Developing and maintaining a robust QMS (Quality management system)- Increase the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies.- Improve the number of successful innovation projects implemented in manufacturing processes.- Identifying cost-saving opportunities within manufacturing processes- Optimize resource utilization, minimize waste, negotiate better supplier contracts, and explore lean manufacturing techniques.- Ensure that production processes are efficient, and yield is maximized- Identify opportunities for automation, select suitable technologies, and oversee their integration into the production line.- Building and leading a skilled team, ensuring that the manufacturing team is well-equipped to execute strategies and meet quality and cost-saving goals- Establish a culture of continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.Preferred candidate profile- BA/BBA in HR, business or a related field- MBA/PGDM in HR, business or a related field- Proven experience in HR leadership roles- Certifications like Six Sigma Black Belt+I4- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.- Proficiency in manufacturing technologies and automation systems
