About the Role:As a Travel Expert at Triptresor, you will be a vital member of our Sales Team in India, specializing in the Spanish market. We're seeking a passionate travel professional who excels in curating personalized itineraries for solo travelers, couples, honeymooners, and families. Your mission is to ensure our clients have memorable experiences, building their loyalty for future services. The Travel Expert for the Spanish market & Production Assistant will play a crucial role in driving the company’s success.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Target Achievement: Drive business growth by meeting personal sales targets and supporting your team in achieving collective goals.Sales and Operations: Manage inquiries, track progress, and provide exceptional service to clients throughout their journeys.B2C Partnership: Maintain direct communication with guests, offering 24-hour support and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience at their destinations.B2B Partnership: Cultivate and expand business with B2B partners, aligning with the strategies set by your B2B and Production counterparts in India.Product Development & Production: Collaborate with local partners to create and refine travel programs that meet the evolving needs of clients, leveraging the expertise of your team.Qualifications:Native or fluent in Spanish with a strong command of English.At least 2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry.Guest-focused with excellent communication and customer service skills.Comfortable selling trips in Spanish and English, via phone or email.Eager to specialize in selling destinations such as India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Vietnam, and Myanmar.Strong sales acumen and commercial awareness.Effective negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Personal travel experience is a plus.Digital Marketing knowledge will be highly valued.Why Join Us:At Triptresor, we value passion for travel and excellence in service.
