The role involves end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, ensuring a smooth hiring process and delivering quality talent to meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment cycle for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Schedule and facilitate interviews while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.Handle offer negotiations and ensure timely closure of open positions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and candidate databases.Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 1 - 3 years in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Experience in handling bulk hiring and volume recruitment will be an advantage.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.If you are passionate about recruitment and looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, apply now!
