Job Summary:The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the human resource functions of the company, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, and driving HR initiatives to support business goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of HR practices specific to the financial services sector, particularly in an NBFC setup.Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.Work closely with department heads to determine workforce needs.Oversee background verification and reference checks.2. Employee Relations & EngagementFoster a positive workplace culture to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Address employee grievances and ensure a fair resolution.Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building exercises, and corporate events.Conduct periodic employee satisfaction surveys and take necessary actions based on feedback.3. Performance Management & TrainingImplement and manage the performance appraisal system.Conduct training need assessments and organize skill development programs.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.Support leadership development initiatives within the company.4. Compensation & BenefitsDesign and oversee payroll and benefits administration.Ensure competitive salary structures in alignment with industry standards.Handle incentive programs, bonus structures, and performance-based rewards.Work on employee insurance, provident fund, and other statutory benefits.5. Compliance & Policy ImplementationEnsure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and NBFC-specific HR norms.Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks.Handle audits related to HR functions and documentation.Ensure workplace safety and adherence to ethical standards.6. HR Data Management & AnalyticsMaintain accurate HR records and employee databases.Generate HR reports and provide insights for decision-making.Utilize HR technology and software for better efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the BFSI/NBFC sector.Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and payroll management.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and Smart Office Suite.Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to ₹35,000 per month
