You will be responsible for implementation/delivering/supporting SAP ETL solutions.• Performing effort estimation for various implementation and enhancement activities.• Perform BODS, design, Development and tuning as required.• Performing troubleshooting and problem resolution of applications built and being supported.• Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical, and communication skills are required.• Highly self-motivated and directed, Experience in working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.• Should take ownership of individual deliverables• Support and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Architects, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of the projects.’• Create and maintain internal documentation and end-user training materials as needed.• Provide input to standards and guidelines and implement best practices to enable consistency across all projects• Participate in the continuous improvement processes as assigned.Required:• 4 to 6 years Advanced Level of experience in design & creation of ETL processes using BODS and SLT.• Strong ETL knowledge in building Batch jobs, Scheduling, Web Services.• Strong knowledge on concepts of Slowly Changing Dimension, ABAP Data flow Extractions, Data warehouse concepts Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, OLTP and OLAP• Experience in establishing connection with heterogeneous sources like Hadoop, Hive, Amazon, Salesforce, HANA, ServiceNow, API’s, Web service REST, Web service SOAP, various Databases etc.• Performance tuning in BODS using Bulk loader, parallelism etc. to optimized long running jobs.• Hands on experience writing scripting language for custom functions, lookup functions, validation rules, transformation logic, command scripts.• Experience on working on transformation such as query, SQL, table comparison, map operation, merge, validation transformation.• Experience in building custom transformation.• Experience in scripting language PowerShell/VB script/Windows commands/Unix scripting.• Developing code to automate jobs using Realtime services, flexible coding to keep/remove dependencies and reusable objects• Working experience of BODS code promotion, Jobs optimization, database creation, repository creation, user authorization, understanding on SAP BW, ECC, R/3, HANA and SQL servers as a source/Target.• Knowledge on BODS configurations to improve tool performance using inbuild options.• Working experience of at least 2 migration projects and configuration of BODS with end-to-end support.• Working knowledge of BODS server architecture, Infrastructure of BODS systems and landscape, data governance, Data modelling and Data architect skills using BODS as ETL.• Advanced level of experience in SQL• In depth knowledge of BODS Repositories, Job Servers Mgmt., Users, Security, Adapters etc.• Working knowledge of Central Management Console (CMC), Repository Manager and Management Console and Server Management.• Experience on central repository check-in check-out process.
