As we prepare for a tech-driven transformation, including the launch of our healthcare app, we’re seeking a Junior Pharmacist with strong IT and system management skills to support this journey.Role: Junior Pharmacist (Tech-Focused)Ideal Candidate Profile:Fresh pharmacy graduate or up to 2 years of experience.Someone who is equally comfortable behind a pharmacy counter and in front of a computer screen.Interested in the intersection of healthcare and technology.Core Responsibilities:Pharmacy Support:Assist in the day-to-day dispensing of prescriptions under senior supervision.Understand basic drug storage, medical terminology, and pharmacy operations.Tech & Systems:Operate and manage pharmacy software platforms (POS, inventory, and billing).Collaborate with app developers and software vendors during our app rollout and backend integration.Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues at the store level.Assist in maintaining digital records, dashboards, and backend fulfilment operations.App Operations:Learn and manage app workflows (orders, fulfilment, alerts, notifications).Act as the first point of contact between our pharmacy and the IT/app development team.Ensure app-based patient records and prescription logs are synced with in-store systems.Skills Required:Bachelor’s/Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute (registered or registration-in-process with the State Pharmacy Council).Working knowledge of software tools like MS Office, Excel, and pharmacy management platforms.Experience or academic exposure to:Mobile app operations (Android/iOS)Basic programming or understanding of app backend functions (languages like Python, JavaScript, or SQL – even at beginner level – is a plus)Inventory or CRM toolsStrong analytical and data entry skills.Excellent communication (written + verbal) and team coordination abilities.What We Offer:A front-row seat in a tech-first transformation of a healthcare business.Real-world experience at the crossroads of pharmacy operations and app-enabled logistics.Rapid growth and mentorship from senior pharmacists, tech developers, and business heads.An opportunity to grow into a full-stack pharmacy-tech operations lead.How to Apply:Email your CV to dipanshu.sinha@ with the subject: “Application – Tech-Savvy Pharmacist at Insulin Express”.
