Role: Data Analyst – Management Information Location: India Role Objective: The Data Analyst for Management Information is responsible for developing compelling reports and dashboards using data visualization platforms such as ZOHO and Power BI, in line with specified requirements. This position requires a keen ability to interrogate and validate data, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity. The resulting MI dashboards should be visually engaging and offer insights and performance tracking against key performance indicators (KPIs) at a glance. Client interaction may be necessary, necessitating excellent verbal and written English proficiency. Additionally, this role supports teams in preparing PowerPoint monthly MI reports, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other ad hoc reporting requests. Key Collaborations: MD, Content Amplification Head of Global Analytics, Insights, and Reporting Operational leads across various accounts Project and account managers Clients Primary Responsibilities: Craft custom SQL queries to address complex data inquiries. Develop reports and MI dashboards aligned with briefs and client KPIs (*.ppt, ZOHO Analytics, Microsoft Power BI). Ensure data integrity by working closely with the account team to maintain accurate MI Data. Implement best practices to ensure comprehensive data capture for stakeholder KPI measurement. Generate insights through MI dashboards, highlighting account performance relative to set KPIs. Analyze and present data to meet stakeholder requirements. Understand client needs and collaborate with them to provide necessary solutions. Master Oliver’s proprietary tools (OMG, AI Sandbox, etc.). Comprehend diverse client business models to enhance provided reports. Daily management and maintenance of the client facing dashboard Data impact analysis Setup of weekly and monthly reports and MI packs Data hygiene management and tracking Required Skillset: Strong problem-solving abilities and client-facing experience. Exceptional attention to detail. Capability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment; excellent time management and prioritization skills. Ability to comprehend requests and deliver insightful reports. Advanced Excel skills, including: Pivot tables and complex formulas (e.g., Vlookups, nested if statements) Power Query Python for Excel Proficiency in data visualization tools (ZOHO / Power BI). Competency in SQL and Python. Familiarity with various AI LLMs. Experience in the agency and marketing environment is advantageous.
