This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to begin their career in sales, customer relationship management, and data handling.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate information.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and follow-up reports.Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion activities.Requirements:Any graduate (BBA, , B.Sc, MBA etc.) or pursuing final year.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Positive attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.Perks and Benefits:Fixed monthly stipend of ₹20,000.Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance.Hands-on training in sales and customer relationship management.Experience certificate upon successful completion.
