As a Senior Product Manager at Look North World, you will work closely with the executive team, Production, and each development team to provide clarity, inform the strategy, roadmap, and execution of games built on third-party UGC platforms like Fortnite, Roblox, and Overwolf. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — design, engineering, marketing, and community — to ensure our games are led with objective data-informed decisions in a way which aligns with the unique opportunities and constraints of each platform. Lead validation and quantifiable performance improvement to KPIs of live titles, with features and content tailored to each platform’s ecosystem and audience. Partner with design, engineering, and production teams to scope features, prioritize backlogs, and ensure high-quality delivery. Analyze player behavior, retention, monetization, and community feedback to iterate on game features and mechanics. Stay current with platform updates, policies, tools, and best practices across Roblox, Fortnite Creative, Minecraft, Overwolf, and others. Work closely with marketing and community teams to maximize game discoverability and player engagement. Identify opportunities to extend IP, drive monetization, and deepen creator collaboration.
