Job Title

Responsible for supporting the field service team, dealing with product issues and upgrading major product issues, continuously tracking until the closed loop;Responsible for extracting product improvement suggestions from product problems and continuously improving product competitiveness;Assist the field service team to complete the site commissioning work;Responsible for technical support related SOP and guidance document preparation and release;Responsible for after-sales AC ability training, supplier communication, data collection, standard output and other related work in AC capacity building;Lead the development of after-sales service toolsRequirementSkills: Electrician experience (high voltage certificate +), strong learning ability and execution, project management background +, PCS or DC system experience is preferred, communication abilityAttitude: Quick response (have overtime awareness and conditions), strong execution, initiative, can bear hardships.Background: Project Management, (BESS industry background)
