Senior Officer/Assistant Manager Domestic Sales & Operations A leading Destination Management Company since 1996 About Us Established in 1996, a leading Destination Management Company specializing in South India tourism with 18 offices across India. We serve over 100,000 customers annually and managed 120,000 room nights and 30,000 fleet operations in 2023- 24, highlighting our robust operational capabilities. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Officer/Assistant Manager for our Out Bound Domestic Sales & Operations division with strong expertise in Indian tourism, product knowledge, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the domestic sales and operations team to achieve business targets Develop customized travel programs and itineraries for Indian destinations Manage relationships with hotels, resorts, and transport operators across India Handle domestic group tour operations and FIT itinerary preparations Good knowledge of domestic ticketing operations and ground transportation Establish and maintain relationships with domestic adhoc group parties Train and develop the sales team on domestic travel products Prepare and analyze MIS reports and performance metrics Conduct monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reviews Plan and implement digital marketing strategies for domestic tourism • Create annual operational plans aligned with company objectives Requirements Minimum 6 years of experience in domestic tour operations and sales In-depth knowledge of Indian destinations, travel products, and itinerary development Strong communication skills for dealing with domestic partners and clients Experience in leading sales and operational teams Analytical skills for MIS reporting and business planning Sound understanding of digital marketing techniques Ability to adapt to and implement AI technologies in travel operations Experience with rail tourism and special event management would be an advantage Qualification MBA or equivalent qualification in Tourism/Hospitality/Marketing preferred Industry certifications will be an advantage We Offer Competitive remuneration package (negotiable based on experience) Performance-based incentive scheme Professional growth opportunities in a leading travel company Opportunity to contribute to sustainable tourism practices Location: Kochi, Kerala (with potential travel requirements)
