Position Title: Web Content Specialist - Freshers.Location: Borivali (E)Working Mode: Work from OfficeJob Type: Full TimeAbout Position:You'll be the creative force behind crafting, curating, and publishing content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for our digital platforms for our clients. You'll collaborate with marketing, content, and technical teams to ensure their web presence is engaging, informative, and aligned with their brand’s voice. Your role involves developing content strategies, writing compelling copy, managing content updates. If you're passionate about storytelling, have a keen eye for detail, and excel in content management, this role is perfect for you!Mission-Critical Responsibilities: Content Creation: Create, edit, and update web content for various sections of the website using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).Content Management: Upload, format, and organize content within the AEM platform, ensuring it is consistent with the client’s brand, style, and SEO guidelines.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to align content with overall branding, design, and digital marketing strategies.SEO Optimization: Assist in implementing SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search engines.Content Updates: Regularly update and maintain content on the website, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure content is error-free and aligned with the company’s standards.Learning & Development: Continuously learn new tools, processes, and techniques related to AEM and content management, contributing to your growth as a content author.KnowledgeTechnical Acumen (Must Have):Familiarity with web content, digital marketing, and SEO practices.Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and writing styles.A passion for learning and a keen interest in content development and the digital space.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentBasic understanding of content management systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plusExperience with AEM or other CMS platforms through internships or academic projects.
