As the primary point of contact from kickoff to go-live, you will ensure customers are successfully integrated into the platform, maximize its value, and adopt best practices to achieve long-term satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end customer onboarding, training, and implementation.Configure the platform to meet customer-specific procurement workflows and needs.Provide ongoing support and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure customer success.Build strong relationships by acting as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption and retention.Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape product improvements and enhance onboarding processes.Requirements2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.Demonstrated experience supporting customers in the US or UK markets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management.Technically inclined with the ability to understand, configure, and train users on software tools.Willingness to work night shifts to align with US-based client schedules.
