Job Title

Purpose of the position:The holder of this position is responsible for the selling of Application Technology in Heat Treatment and Material Processing segment. He / She is responsible for Business/Market development, installations, commissioning of application hardware. The installations would largely be done at customers involved in Steel, Nonferrous Metals, Automotive, Aerospace, Tyre and Electronics.Principal Responsibilities:Work closely with bulk sales, tonnage colleagues and customers to establish the application technology at customer site.Techno commercial proposal preparation and negotiation with the customer.Participate in equipment selection, design and specification during installation, project preparation and procurement.Lead commissioning of installationsTrain the customers to use the installations and optimize their operations.Find out the opportunities to create gas demand at existing customer and create new customers.Find out the opportunities for potential customer through innovative ideas and solutions.Technical evaluation of new applications.To meet the annual Application sales targetRequired Key Skills (Functional/Technical):Hands on experience in Heat Treatment Processes.Hands on knowledge in operations of Heat Treatment FurnacesHands on knowledge in sales process and customer handling.Hands on knowledge in Heat treatment markets (End Customers & Commercial heat treaters).Required Qualifications/Experience:B.E in Metallurgical Engineering with 8 + Years of experience in Sales and Heat Treatment Market.Hands on experience in Heat Treatment process industriesPrevious experience in Techno commercial sales will be an added advantage.A well-established contact network in Heat Treatment and Automotive industry.
