FBL also offers niche APIs, enzymes for antibiotic synthesis, and environmental solutions for wastewater management.Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Procurement to manage procurement activities for our wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost-efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, logistics, and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with technical requirements, timelines, and compliance standards.Roles & Responsibilities:Preparation of purchase requisition in SAP. Preparation of purchase order in SAP. Follow up with vendor for earliest delivery of items for project purchase Coordination with internal department for smooth delivery of project items. Support to project team/supply chain team for logistic arrangements by visiting warehouse and verification of items at the warehouse. Verification of Vehicle arrangement for transportation purpose and visit to respective vendors for follow up for project purchase and direct dispatch to the customer site. Verification of Invoice booking in the system for received material in warehouse and follow up with account for payment. First and second level negotiation for project items and managing smooth delivery to warehouse.Qualification & Skill Requirements:B. Com/ B.E or equivalent degree and having experience in project purchase.8+ years’ experience in project purchase. Background of wastewater treatment projects requiredMust have experience in working on SAP SD & MM Module. Must have strong communication skills.Good Knowledge of GST
