Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Edtech Sales Salary: Assistant Manager – ₹50,000 per month; Deputy Manager – upto 55k per month Experience: 7–8 years total, with 4–5 years in team leadershipWe are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager in Edtech Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within the education technology sector, with a proven track record of achieving targets and managing high-performing teams.Key responsibilities:Team management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of education counselors and team leaders. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and consistently guide the team toward achieving sales goals.Target achievement: Consistently meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
