This includes:Rights identification (discovery + rights matrix)Packaging & pricing (strategy + valuation)Sales (sales tools + negotiation & contracting)Partner management (rights management, relationship management & evaluation/reporting)What you’ll doWe are currently looking for a Creative Intern to join our team remotely.Creative ProductionSupport templating of PowerPoint presentations using provided design guidelinesAssist in developing mock-ups, renders and visualizations for partner decks and activationsCreate design elements for onboarding sheets, factsheets and internal docsVideo EditingAssist with video editing tasks using provided footage and templatesHelp coordinate edits for short highlight videosDesignSupport production of visual assets for LinkedIn announcements and postsContribute to layout and design of post-event reports, boxes, and trophy presentationsParticipate in team brainstorming sessions and propose visual conceptsYour backgroundBasic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)Comfortable with PowerPoint and formatting presentationsCreative mindset, strong attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and growInterest in sports, entertainment, or esports is a plusFormal degree is not required — we value skills, mindset, and drive above allWe offerOpportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced sponsorship agencyHands-on experience with real clients and live projectsExposure to the full creative workflow from ideation to executionYoung, dynamic & flexible team in attractive sports, culture & entertainment industryRemote role with a potential for a full-time role based on performance
