The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in payroll processes, system configuration, and integration capabilities.Requirements:7+ years of SuccessFactors experience with strong expertise in the Compensation module.Minimum of 2 full-cycle end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation implementations.Strong understanding of compensation planning processes and best practices.Ability to configure complex compensation structures, business rules, and workflows.Experience in integrating Compensation with Employee Central and/or Performance & Goals.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation is highly desirable.Experience with SuccessFactors Variable Pay is a plusWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
