Job Description:YOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized Operations Executive – B2B to support the daily operations of the business. With a keen attention to detail, the Operations Executive will assist in the daily activities of the Operations team to help achieve the company’s goals. The role requires executing order processing, ensuring accurate product information in the respective product catalogues, and collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should adhere to SLAs and KPIs, follow processes diligently, and demonstrate strong time management skills.Responsibilities:B2B Order Management:Receive and execute incoming B2B orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and completeness.Coordinate order fulfillment process, including order entry and processingMaintain the SLA’s of order processing, coordinate with peers to follow the processes in place for order management.Client Management:Coordinate and Cooperate with the respective Account Managers to execute the required daily tasks pertaining to each B2B client.Incident Management- to respond to and address unplanned events that can affect service quality or service operations. To be able to identify and correct problems while maintaining normal service and minimizing impact to the business.Catalog Management:Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of the B2B product catalog.Ensure the catalog is up-to-date and reflective of the latest product offerings, changes, and discontinuations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and English language skills, both verbally and in writing.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.High level of attention to detail, extremely organized and Pro-active.Ability to work as a team, with a strong commitment to following the processes and SLAs.You can have: Top equipment to work with.
