As Medical Officer, the focus is on delivering quality healthcare services, ensuring clinical compliance, and supporting the Occupational Health Centre in maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. This role is critical in driving health and wellness across the organization through clinical expertise and operational discipline.Key Responsibilities Include:• Patient-Centered Care – Deliver high-quality, compassionate medical care, with a focus on prevention, timely diagnosis, and appropriate treatment of occupational and general health conditions.• Clinical Protocols & Medical Practices – Follow established medical protocols and assist in the development and review of clinical procedures to ensure standardization and best outcomes.• Health Monitoring & Risk Assessment – Conduct regular health surveillance and risk assessments for employees working in industrial environments.• Emergency Response & First Aid – Provide immediate medical attention in emergency situations, manage workplace injuries, and coordinate with tertiary care if required.• Medical Record Management – Maintain accurate patient records, ensure confidentiality, and support data-driven health initiatives.• Compliance & Safety Standards – Ensure adherence to medical regulations, occupational health policies, and safety protocols in line with statutory requirements.• Health Awareness & Wellness Programs – Assist in conducting health camps, awareness drives, vaccination programs, and training sessions for preventive health.• Coordination & Reporting – Work in collaboration with HR, EHS, and external medical authorities to ensure smooth health center operations and timely reporting.Desired Qualifications:Medical Degree: MBBS with AFIH certificationMedical Registration: Valid registration with the State/Indian Medical CouncilExperience: 5+ years in a clinical/industrial health setting preferredSkills: Strong clinical judgment, ability to handle emergencies, and good communication skillsCompliance: Understanding of occupational health laws, medical protocols, and documentation standards
