Title: Virtual Medical SpecialistLocation: Kondapur, HyderabadPlease send your resumes to Career@Primary Responsibilities:Perform insurance verifications and obtain prior authorizations.Track authorized patient visits and notify the practice when renewals or additional authorizations are needed.Monitor reimbursement activity and follow up on unpaid claims.Retrieve, review, and post Explanations of Benefits (EOBs).Support credentialing and contract acquisition efforts, with a focus on workers' compensation and third-party administrator agreements.Provide regular updates on task completion, including daily and weekly reports.Manage patient tracking and administrative oversight.Communicate via email with physicians, attorneys, and other external parties as necessary.Conduct investigative research for complex cases, including New York Workers' Compensation and motor vehicle accident claims.May assist with patient calls, appointment scheduling, and reminders, subject to future agreement.Preferred Qualifications:Extensive experience with New York Workers’ Compensation claims (strongly preferred).Familiarity with pre-authorization processes for physical therapy related to motor vehicle accidents.Excellent organizational skills and investigative research capabilities.Strong communication skills, both written (email) and verbal (phone).Proficiency with electronic medical records systems Benefits
