Experience configuring discovery patterns and understanding when not to customize a discovery pattern.What you need to have:Proven experience (at least 2 years related experience) as a ServiceNow developer, with a focus on ITOM Discovery and Service MappingIn-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, and Service MappingExperience with JavaScript, PowerShell, Regex, Linux and Windows commands, and other related technologies used in networking and infrastructure administrationStrong knowledge of ITOM Discovery patterns and probes, including customization / creation of custom patterns, and troubleshootingFamiliarity with IT infrastructure components, networking protocols, and cloud technologiesWhat makes you stand out?Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersServiceNow ITOM certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM Discovery/Service Mapping) are a plusSupport on any other ServiceNow related responsibilities.Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC) is the world’s leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people.
