We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Executive to help expand our client base in the Middle East.Roles and Responsibilities:Generate new client leads for white-collar recruitment services in the UAE.Execute cold outreach campaigns via emails, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.Maintain detailed client interaction records using CRM tools.Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to align on business goals and client requirements.Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.Requirements:1 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition—preferably in a recruitment agency setting.Demonstrated experience in lead generation and outbound outreach.Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.What We Offer:Competitive base salary of ₹10K–20K depending on experience.Incentives and performance bonuses.Fully remote opportunity (India-based).Dynamic work environment with growth and learning opportunities.Be part of a growing consultancy with a strong presence in the UAE market.
