The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing guided customised tours, providing excellent customer service, and managing travel consultations. Daily tasks include planning itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.QualificationsExperience in FIT & GroupTour operations and Travel ConsultingExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsKnowledge of the Travel & Tourism industryStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in relevant travel software and technology is a plusBachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferredFluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
