Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM/MIS Executive to manage customer data, track performance metrics, and support business operations through efficient reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience working with CRM tools and a good understanding of data management in the education or training sector.Key Responsibilities: • Manage and update customer records in the CRM system. • Generate and analyze reports related to student registrations, course progress, and feedback. • Track and monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversions through the CRM. • Coordinate with sales, academic, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy. • Provide insights to improve customer engagement and internal processes. • Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies. • Support in automation and integration of CRM systems with other platforms (if applicable).Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in CRM and MIS roles, preferably in the education or training industry. • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.). • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and coordination abilities. • Knowledge of SQL or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
