We are hiring in the position of Marketing Manager - India for Tourism and Events Queensland, a statutory body of the Queensland Government and the state's lead marketing, tourism experience and destination development and major events agency.Job Title : Marketing Manager - IndiaReports to : Director - IndiaBased in - MumbaiCompany : Ryna Sequeira ConsultingKey Roles and ResponsibilitiesA passion for destination marketing and communications, underpinned by research and intelligence and focused on measurable outcomes.Planning and execution of integrated PR, Marketing, Events and Trade partnerships in India Lead the Social Media strategy for India.Manage and maintain close working partnerships with Regional Tourism Organisations and Queensland industry.Management of Processes, Budgets and Reporting against key milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.Attendance at industry events and travel to Queensland when required.Key Skills and CompetencyQualificationsProfessional marketing qualification, relevant degree, or equivalent experience.Skills and attributesEvidence of delivering strategic and tactical marketing campaigns underpinned by, and responsive to researchExcellent relationship and account management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a complex stakeholder networkDeliver multiple projects, self- motivated and deadline-drivenAbility to manage partner agencies, write comprehensive briefs and manage them to deliver campaignsAbility to identify opportunities in line with strategic priorities to grow market shareKnowledge and experienceExperience in delivery of the full marketing mixExperience in destination marketing, including campaign and PR activity.Account management / agency background and / or stakeholder engagement experienceKnowledge of the International and Indian Tourism industryKnowledge of Australia/ QueenslandWorking in a multi-stakeholder / delivery partner environmentPersonal attributesTeam playerAction orientedCreative thinkerPunctualTrustworthyApplications close 30 May 2025
