The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of sales experience in the research industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth in specific areas. The primary goal of this role is to effectively manage existing clients, particularly those in the market research (MR) sector, while expanding the customer base.Responsibilities-Build and manage relationships with clients Manage sales and profits for assigned clients Handle RFQs and manage orders Vendor control and negotiation Coordination and direction with internal PMs Perform other related duties as neededQualifications-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) Solid experience in bid management, business development, or sales in the market research industry or a related field Deep understanding of online market research methodologies and industry best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and engage effectively with clients Results-oriented strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth through bidding activities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Deep understanding of the Indian market and its nuances, especially in the market research sector Proficiency in accurate response preparation, including feasibility and cost evaluation, response speed, and flexibility Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively More than 1 year of study abroad experienceBenefits-Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive health benefits and additional perks Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company Engaging and collaborative work culture
