Experienced in collaborating with HR and Payroll functional teams to gather and implement accurate access control requirements. Hands-on experience managing and supporting SAP GRC Access Control modules such as Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, and Emergency Access Management (Firefighter). Experience managing Role-Based Permissions across multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Onboarding. Skilled in creating permission groups and roles, assigning target populations, and ensuring secure and compliant access across global HR landscapes. Skilled in the design and implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, including SoD risk analysis within SAP ECC and Payroll environments. Solid background in maintaining and troubleshooting SAP ECC Security roles across core functional areas, ensuring clean and compliant authorizations. Ability to update Role-Matrix and Security Runbooks Manage the change management process for SAP security related changes like role creation/changes Capable of monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting authentication issues, responding to SAP security incidents, providing resolutions and identifying root causes. Experience contributing to security-related projects, system upgrades, migrations, and change management processes. Proficient in managing SAP support tickets, analyzing incidents, coordinating with functional and technical teams, and ensuring timely resolutionProficiency with the following technologies nice to have Hands-on experience configuring SAML 2.0 for Single Sign-On (SSO) integration between SAP systems and Identity Providers. Experience as a superadmin on (SAP Support Portal), including S-user and technical user administration, permission management, and object/key registrations. Experience with SAP PI/PO security configuration and user access management. Understanding of PKI and experience working with private/public keys, digital certificates, Certificate Authorities (CAs), and trust chains. Experience requesting (CSR generation), installing, renewing, and revoking certificates Familiar with configuring SAP IAS/IPS for identity provisioning and access federation for Payroll Control Center, SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0. Experience with Azure Resource Management (resource groups, Microsoft Entra ID/AAD Groups, and app registrations. Hands-on with DevOps (ADO) administration including project setup, team and repo management, and Azure Pipelines.
