This opportunity is for our client/ Who is a US based GCC setting up office in India.Job Title : Manager -Talent DevelopmentLocation : HyderabadJOB PURPOSEAs Manager, Talent Acquisition, for India GCC, you will play a pivotal role in aligning strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence for Global talent operations and provide direct on-site support of hiring for the digital infrastructure and technology organization in Hyderabad. You will provide strategic support, project leadership, and serve as a trusted advisor, while also overseeing key functions as assigned and interacting with executive leadership on matters of significance.You will be responsible for managing high-impact hiring initiatives, ensuring effective sourcing strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and strengthening employer branding. This role requires a strategic leader who can influence hiring decisions, align recruitment practices with business objectives, and drive operational excellence. You will also oversee India recruitment capabilities and collaborate with senior leadership to develop a world-class hiring function.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs within defined SLAs and cost parameters.Partner with business leaders and HR business partners to influence hiring decisions using market intelligence and data insights.Lead the recruitment team in India, including hiring, training, and onboarding recruiters and support staff in full partnership with the US recruiting operation and leadership.Implement best practices for offshore recruitment operations, ensuring seamless integration with the global talent acquisition function.Ensure timely hiring in alignment with business unit growth objectives.Manage high-impact recruitment projects and hiring initiatives, particularly within technology and volume hiring.Conduct regular analysis of talent landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Talent Pipeline & Employer BrandingBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline with potential candidates.Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment strategies.Organize recruitment events and implement innovative hiring practices to enhance employer branding.Implement and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a positive candidate experience.Operational & Team ManagementOversee a team of 8-12 recruitment specialists, ensuring alignment with strategic hiring goals.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the recruitment function.Monitor recruitment KPIs, ensuring compliance with SLAs, governance, and operational hygiene.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic hiring projects.Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, as well as adherence to company policies and global standards.Mitigate potential risks associated with offshore recruiting activities.Stakeholder Management & CollaborationPartner closely with local and global HR, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic guidance.Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and talent acquisition efforts.Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates.Collaborate with leadership to drive key talent acquisition initiatives and ensure consistency across global hiring functions.Required Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, postgraduate degree in Human Resources, MBA, or PGDM preferred.Experience: 10+ years in talent acquisition, with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and offshore recruitment management.Proven expertise in volume hiring, technology recruitment, and IT consulting hiring practices.Proficiency and comfort with recruitment data collection, analysis and presentationStrong knowledge of industry-specific hiring practices, market intelligence, and compliance regulations.Experience managing hiring through external RPOs and leveraging enterprise ATS/CRM systems for recruitment.
