The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring orders from both current and new clients telephonically and in providing comprehensive end-to-end customer support for our B2B business. The Candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities: Order Procurement: Proactively engage with both existing and potential clients to understand their needs and procure orders through outbound and inbound calls. Identify new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products/services to existing customers to maximize sales. Converting Leads to Sales. Achieve sales and order processing targets set by the company.Customer Support: Provide end-to-end support to B2B clients, ensuring they have a smooth experience from order placement to delivery and post-sales support. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions promptly. Coordinate with departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients by offering personalized services and regular follow-ups. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, offering assistance with any inquiries or concerns. Gather client feedback to improve services and identify potential improvements in the ordering process.Documentation & Reporting: Accurately input client orders, updates, and details into the system. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on order status, sales performance, and client interactions. Track order progress and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and product teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Share insights and customer feedback with relevant departments to enhance product/service offerings.Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations effectively. Proficient in using MS Office, and other communication tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized with a customer-first attitude. Understanding of the B2B business environment and processes is a plus. Ability to learn and adapt to new products/services quickly.
