1. JOB PURPOSE Managing Infra and Facility of HO and Branches. 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Infra and Facility Management Managing overall infra and Facility of HO. Scouting new space, coworking spaces for expansion. Maintaining the equipment and assets of HO. Vendor management and procurement of assets. (a)AMC Managing all AMC of the HO. Accountable for negotiation with vendors and register all AMC on time before expiry. (b)Air Purification and Plant Management Managing air purification of the office and maintaining the correct environment as per specifications. Managing 900 Plants and fortnightly inspection. Vendor Management Introduction and shortlisting of new vendors Negotiation of rates with the vendors Evaluating performance of the vendors Timely submission of bill to accounts (d)Asset Management Managing assets of the HO and keeping them in good condition. Procurement of new assets as per our sourcing policy. Regular repair and maintenance of the assets. Physical asset verification of the assets. Tracker Management (e)Maintaining trackers of Vendors, Lease Agreement, Compliance tracker, Visitor tracker etc. Monthly audit of the trackers and sign off with date and signature. (f)Courier Management Managing daily inward and outward courier delivery to the right person Maintaining courier tracker for both inward and outward. Analysis of courier on quarterly basis for expenses incurred. (g)Branch Managing Infra of branches. Maintaining hygiene of all branches. Maintaining Assets of all branches. Managing audit related points of all branches. Managing seat allocation
