As a vertical of Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd, ODESPA represents the future of wellness real estate and lifestyle experiences.Role SummaryWe are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Product Officer / Head of Wellness Products to lead the creation, launch, and scale-up of ODESPA's own line of wellness and lifestyle products. This role will drive the end-to-end product strategy, from ideation and innovation to commercialization and brand growth across multiple digital and retail platforms.Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & Innovation- Lead product conceptualization, innovation, formulation, and go-to-market strategies across wellness and clean beauty lines. - Develop and manage product portfolios in supplements (gut health, immunity, beauty nutrition), haircare, skincare, and spa essentials. - Define brand positioning blending luxury and wellness (e.g., inspired by Aesop + Forest Essentials). - Monitor global wellness trends and customer insights to guide innovation and market relevance.2. End-to-End Product Ownership- Oversee the full product lifecycle: research → ideation → development → packaging → pricing → launch → performance optimization. - Establish SOPs and timelines for new product development and scale-up. - Ensure alignment with brand ethos, sustainability goals, and wellness focus.3. Brand Building & GTM Execution- Build a compelling brand identity across physical (in-spa) and digital touchpoints. - Launch and manage the brand website and online store with curated SKUs and merchandising. - Develop GTM strategies for online marketplaces including Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart Health+, Tata Cliq, and others. - Oversee content, storytelling, packaging aesthetics, and customer engagement initiatives.4. Vendor & Partner Management- Identify and collaborate with top-tier manufacturers, labs, formulators, packaging suppliers, and logistics partners. - Negotiate commercial terms and ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of products.5. Commercial Management- Own the P&L, set revenue and margin targets, and optimize customer LTV and retention. - Drive pricing strategies, channel margins, promotional plans, and profitability metrics. - Leverage data-driven insights to inform product tweaks, discontinuations, or relaunches.6. Team & Cross-Functional Leadership- Build and mentor a high-performing team including product managers, sourcing heads, brand strategists, and formulators. - Work closely with marketing, finance, operations, design, and leadership teams to align on product roadmaps and execution. - Lead cross-functional taskforces for mission-critical initiatives.7.
